I have been doing business with World Finance for about a year now. I just want to write and tell you and the CEO’s, Business Partners, etc. what great employees you have. Every time I go into World Finance I’m received with a warm welcome, pleasant service and great personalities. It is a pleasure working with Carlos and Wendy. They feel like part of my family. So many times people complain about bad service. It’s time we start telling about the good things, too. That’s the reason for this letter. First I must say the manager has always made me feel welcomed and has always helped me when I needed it. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I leave her office with a smile on my face. The reason I am writing is to tell you that ever since she has taken over that office it looks so much nicer and makes me feel at home. She had done so many things in that office and it shows she cares about her customers whether good or bad. I fell behind on my loan a few times and she has always worked with me. When my father passed away she made it possible for me to go to the funeral out of town and what really made the visit to the office that day was that she was so comforting and sympathetic about my fathers passing. I almost wanted to cry on her shoulders. And when she asked me if it would be ok to say a prayer for me and my family I almost lost all control of my emotions right then and there. I have never dealt with a person with so much generosity for others’ feelings. I do hope that she stays with your company for a very long time. And if she never knows how touched I was that day, that’s ok; she has one of those hearts that just shine and just seems like the kind of person who does for people, not for herself or to be recognized.
